Interior design project in Yerevan, Hr. Kochar Street

The house is located in Yerevan. We had an area with a clear surface and a limited contour, where we had to design a one-story house, a garage, a swimming pool, a storage room, a laundry room, and two inner courtyards. The house has a living room, separate kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.

The district includes 90 apartments, kindergarten for 95 children

A sport complex is a multitype sports 4 floor building in Armenia, Syuniq region. It includes administrative section, a swimming pool for adults and children, 2 wrestling olimpic standart mates, weightlifting platforms, 2 boxing rings, athletics equipments, fitness area, chess tables, dressing rooms and coaches offices for each sport type.

Secondary school structure strengthening and general reconstruction

A new secondary school for 360 children

The existing summer camp is designed for 120 children. With the reconstruction project, it will be expanded to a children's camp for 240 children. The expansion is planned with the construction of new buildings, which are planned to be carried out by shipping containers. There are also a swimming pool, a combined field for football, basketball and volleyball, and a shelter.

The project includes a guest house located in Garni. Garni Gorge guided us to design the newly built summer kitchen in such a way that families feel closer to nature, overlooking the Khosrov Reserve and the Gani Temple from the hanging balconies and roof terrace. Summer kitchen, spacious swimming pool, outdoor fireplace are designed. The existing house has been renovated.
